Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies? My recipe always drove me crazy because they went flat. A friend's daughter brought me cookies, and I was so impressed with them that I got the recipe. I found out later it was the same one made up by my husband's friend, who is a professional chef. The ratio is perfect to get buttery, chewy, thick cookies every time.
