1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/2 stick butter
2 ounces orange curacao
1/2 lb. slivered almonds, toasted

8 Almond Crepes (recipe herein)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine preserves, butter, and curacao in a saucepan and cook until thickened. Fold crepes twice, place on a silver platter, and heat 5 minutes in 350 degree oven. Pour sauce over crepes and sprinkle with almonds.

Makes 8 servings.
