3 slices dry bread
1 egg
1 lb. hamburger
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
½ small onion, minced
1 t. salt
¼ pepper
2 t. parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Moisten bread and drain off any excess. Add rest of the ingredients and mix together. Form into balls and brown. Add to marinara sauce and simmer for at least half an hour or until cooked through.
