2 lbs. Cubed Beef
1 Cup Flour
3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Beef Broth
4 Cups Water
1 ½ lbs. Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
3 Cups Cubed Onions
2 Cups Sliced Carrots
2 Cups Sliced Celery
1 Can Sweet Garden Peas
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven heat oil to medium temperature. While oil is heating place half of the flour in a shaker bag along with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp pepper. Shake to mix and then put beef in bag and shake. If oil is heated start browning beef and brown on both sides. While beef is browning start preparing the rest of the vegetables and set aside. When meat is done remove from pot and set aside. Add 3 tbsp. more oil and brown remainder of the flour, when brown add broth and water along with vegetables and beef and bring to a boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 60 minutes.
Serve over fresh baked biscuits or steamed rice.
