6-12 egg yolks (save shells)
Salt (optional)
milk
Flour
Large can (or 2) of chicken broth
Turkey Juices

12 eggs - use 24) ½ shells of milk
6 eggs - use 12) ½ shells of milk


Place yolks in bowl- add salt if you want!
Add Flour slowly while mixing, keep adding flour until you can pick up and form a ball with mixture.


Flour work surface and roll out dough, flour again. Wait for flour to dry. When dry on one side, turn over and flour again.
When completely dry, roll tightly and cut thinly to make long strings.


Use all broth and juices from turkey. Add a can of chicken broth as needed. Slowly add the noodles and STIR, Stir Stir until noodles are tender.

Serve over whipped potatoes.

This is a recipe that my husband grew up with and was a Thanksgiving tradition. The Andersons used to make it every Thanksgiving. After the Andersons passed, my mother in law started making to carry on the tradition.
