3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c shortening
2 lg eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Add unbeaten eggs and vanilla. Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll on floured board and cut. If desired, decorate with sprinkles. Bake 9-11 minutes until lightly browned. Be careful not to overbake.
