1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach

2 C cottage cheese
1 C pecans, chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 C Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach to make one cup cooked chopped spinach.

Combine all ingredients and allow mixture to stand 5 minutes to soften crumbs. Form patties and fry until brown on both sides. Can be served with brown gravy, mushroom gravy or tomato sauce. May also be baked as a loaf without frying.
