1 cup oil
2 tsp. salt
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cups regular oats
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer blend oil, salt, sugar, baking powder, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats together. Slowly add milk and continue mixing until well incorporated. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with spray. Pour in pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes until firm and golden brown. Served with peaches and cream. This is a great make ahead breakfast, it really does need to sit overnight.
