1 cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup milk
1 2/4 – 2 cup sifted confectioners sugar

Melt butter in heavy pan. Add sugar and boil 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cool. Add confectioner's sugar until it thickens.
