3 TBSP butter
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
¼ c chopped hazelnuts, almonds, or pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and toasted nuts in skillet over low heat until the butter begins to brown and take on a nutty smell. Steam in another pan until tender, 15 - 20 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts to pan with the brown butter and toss over low heat with salt (and black pepper) to taste.
