4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
3 T butter or margarine, melted or at least softened
1 C milk
1 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl place egg yolks and beat until lemon yellow, add vanilla, salt and butter and beat again. Add milk while mixing and then flour slowly. Turn up to medium and mix until it foams a little. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until peaks form. Fold into batter and bake in Belgian waffle maker.
