3 eggs
4 c. heavy whipping cream
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 loaf french bread, cut into 1" cubes
1 pkg (10-12 oz.) white baking chips

Sauce:
1 pkg (10-12 oz.) white baking chips
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir in blueberries and baking chips. Stir in bread cubs; let stand for 15 mins. or until bread is softened. Transfer to a greased 9"x13" baking pan. Bake uncovered for 50-55 mins at 350º or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 mins before serving.

Sauce:
Place baking chips in a small bowl. In a small saucepan bring cream just to a boil. Pour over baking chips; whisk until smooth. Serve over the bread pudding.
