big bag of M&Ms
~50 small pretzels (twist style)
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Cream the shortening, butter, eggs, sugar & vanilla together.
2.) combine in a small separate bowl, the flour, salt and baking powder by stirring.
3.) Blend the flour mixture into the shortening mixture.
4.) Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
5.) Preheat the oven to 400º.
6.)Take tablespoon size pieces of dough, form them into triangles and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
7.) For each cookie use 2 brown M&Ms for the eyes and a red M&M for the nose and use 2 pretzels for the antlers.
8.) Bake about 6-8 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool
