1/2 c. raw sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. olive or coconut oil
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1tst. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. quick oats
1 c. chocolate chips or chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, honey, oil and butter. Add eggs and beat well until nice and creamy. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add oatmeal and chocolate chips or pecans. Mix well and drop on cookie sheets. Flatten a bit with a flat bottom glass dipped in water. Bake 375º until golden brown. Sis. Anna Bontrager uses white wheat flour.
