Ingredients:  
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup water
2 cups unsalted peanuts
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup and water
Heat 15 minutes at 238ºF
Add peanuts and cook 10 additional minutes
Stir in butter and baking soda
Spread out onto greased cookie sheet and cool
Break into pieces
