1 1/4 cups All Purpose flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg beaten

Preheat oven to 400ºF
Combine dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients to wet
Pour mix into lightly greased and floured baking pan
Bake 20-25 minutes
