¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ c. Italian Herb Panko Bread Crumbs
1 egg
½ c. milk
¼ c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. diced garlic
1 tsp. cracked pepper
1 tsp. salt
1½ - 2 lb. ground sirloin

Optional Ingredient: 1 tbsp. FRESH finely chopped parsley

Step 1
Mix together the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2
Add the ground beef and mix well (use your hands).

Step 3
Line a large baking pan with foil, and spray the foil with cooking spray.

Step 4
Use a scoop to measure equal amounts of ground beef mixture. Roll into meatballs.

Step 5
Place the meatballs on the foiled pan, and bake at 350º until browned. Turn the meatballs with a fork at least once during the process.

Tip: It helps to grease your hands with olive oil while rolling the meatballs.

You can use the meatballs in various recipes. They freeze well.
