2 Eggs "room temp"
Butter 1 stick butter (½ cup) "room temp"
Bananas 1 cup over-ripe (2-3)
Flour 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Sour Cream ½ cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Pecans/Chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs
In separate bowl combine dry ingredients
Slowly add to to butter/sugar/eggs
Add bananas , vanilla, and sour cream
Mix slowly until all combined.

Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degreesº
