6-8 chicken quarters
1 large onion
1 full celery stock with leaves
1 10oz bag baby carrots
1 12oz bag egg noodles
1 crescent rolls
Salt, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Seasoned salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Oyster crackers
Saltines

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in large pot and cover with water

Boil chicken until Falls of bone (30 min) with:
Onion
Celery
Carrots
Seasonings minus pepper

Debone chicken
Place chicken back in the same water

Boil 10-15 min with
Noodles

Once noodles are done, reduce to simmer and cool 5 minutes with dumplins

Add pepper at the end and more salt if necessary
