4 cups bread flour
1/2 + 1/2 cup whole wheat
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups raisins
1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
4 Tblsp butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF
Blend dry ingredients
Add eggs
Cut milk into mix to make dough
Pour dough into parchment line loaf pan
Bake 1 hour (until crust is golden brown)
