2 Ripe Haas avocados
1 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp minced sun-dried tomatoes
Pinch Kosher salt
Pinch freshly cracked black pepper
Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Split avocados, remove and discard pit, and scoop meat into a medium bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients, and using a fork or potato masher, mash until ingredients are well-mixed and it reaches your desired texture.
3. Serve with Tortilla chips for dipping.
