16oz Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles (with liquid)
1 can seasoned black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans of whole kernal corn (drained)
1 bunch of green onions (chopped)
8 oz sour cream

Directions:

1. Mix it all up and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or Scoops for dipping.
