1 cup soft margarine
½ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 ¼ cup flour
Confectioners sugar
Ground walnuts - (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine with the sugar until fluffy and smooth.
Blend in salt & vanilla. Gradually add flour. Mix well.
Add ground walnuts (optional)

Chill dough 1 or 2 hours.

Shape dough into cresents & place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 350º for 12 - 15 minutes.

Roll into confectioners sugar - cool.
