2 sticks butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
2 large (about 4 1/2 pounds) Dungeness crabs, cooked, cleaned, and cracked
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the crab to a large baking pan. In a heavy large over-proof skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter with the olive oil. Stir in garlic. Pour the melted butter mixture over the crab. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, old bay seasoning, granulated garlic, thyme and chopped parsley.

Place pan in the oven and roast crabs until heated through, approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to baste crabs every 10 minutes with the melted butter. Remove from oven and serve.
