1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese - softened
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large sauce pan and blend in flour over medium heat.
Add milk and softened cream cheese. Stir until melted and well blended.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and cook until melted. Continue cooking & stirring until blended thoroughly for about 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Serve with fettuccine and grilled chicken or shrimp.
