2-3 fresh zucchini
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini lengthwise or crosswise into about inch slices

In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices, olive oil (enough to lightly coat), salt/pepper (to taste), garlic powder (to taste)

Place coated zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet

Sprinkle zucchini with parmesan cheese (shredded or crumbled)

Bake 375-400 approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned a little.
