Directions:
Generously season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Tony’s and Uncle
Chris’s Steak Seasoning and rub in. Let steaks rest until room temperature. Get grill temp to 400 degrees. Place 2 pieces of butter, half of cilantro, 3 sides of jalapeño and 2 green onions on top of each steak. Place steaks onto grill for 3-4 minutes. Before flipping steak, set aside cilantro, jalapeño and green onions. Once flipped, add 2 more pieces of butter and then top with the cilantro, jalapeño and green onion and cook for 3-4 minutes. This will yield a medium-rare steak. Adjust cook times as needed Remove steaks and place in casserole dish and top with 2-3 more pieces of butter. Cover and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
