Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 package of manicotti pasta
- Your favorite sauce
- 1 - 32 oz container of ricotta cheese
- 8 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp of basil
- 1 tbsp of parsley
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook manicotti in water but only cook it half way done. Leave the pasta a little hard. Mix ricotta cheese, 6 cups of mozzarella cheese, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper together in a big bowl. You can use a piping bag or I found it easier to just use a spoon. Fill each of the manicotti shells with the cheese mixture and set aside. In a 9 x 13 casserole dish start out with a thin layer of your favorite sauce, then layer all of the manicotti in the casserole dish. Be sure to fill the manicotti all the way up. Any extra cheese mixture can be wedged between the manicotti then cover with sauce. Be sure all parts of the pasta are covered with sauce, this is what will complete the cooking process for your pasta. Finish by topping with remaining 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Anthony made this meal for Ken and Connie and it was so good . He used more of a chunky marinara sauce and it was much better than a meat sauce but you can use whatever makes your mouth water.
