1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla extract
1-1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
3 small bananas or 2 medium or large bananas


Optional: blieberries and raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease 9 x 5 in. loaf pan
In large bowl, mix together melted butter and sugar
add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and mix well
combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir into the butter mixture
Stir evenly into loaf pan
Bake 350 for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Wait 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.

Optional: Can add blueberries or raspberries into mixture if desired before baking.
