2-3 lb Roast Beef or Pork
1 large can of Las Palmas Chile Colorado Sauce
1 large onion- cut in quarters
Seasoning Salt, to season
Garlic salt, to season
Pepper, to season

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim fat from roast.
2. Season with garlic salt & pepper.
3. Sprinkle onion over meat
4. Pour sauce over meat/onion
5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours in Crock Pot
