1 cup Idaho potatoes
1/2 cup rice.
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp. parsley
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in salted water. Drain and cool rice.
Cook potatoes until soft, drain and cool.
Mash potatoes. Mix in egg, cheese, white pepper, salt, and parsley.
Form in finger-like shape. Saute in oil until light golden brown.
