Ingredients:  
1 pound thin sliced pork (or chicken, or beef)
1-2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Aioli:
olive oil
fresh minced garlic
parsley
drop of balsamic

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with olive oil and salt.
Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese together.
Lay meat flat and add about 1 Tbsp. bread crumb mixture on top--spread around meat.
Roll meat up, repeat with other slices and add to skewers.
Grill skewers until cooked through.
Add garlic aioli on top of cooked braciole.

Braciole usually never makes it to the dinner table because everyone always picks them up with their fingers and eats them when they come off of the grill. Another delicious favorite that mom/nonna makes when we are all over for dinner.
