1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 C. Sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6oz Pkg) Chocolate Chips

Cake
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Water
1/3 C. Canola Oil
1 T. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

For Filling
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Beat well, then add chocolate chips. Set aside.

Cake
Sift flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking soda. Add water, vinegar, oil and vanilla beat well.

Line muffin pan cups with paper baking cups and fill 1/3 full with cake mixture. Top each
cupcake with filling mixture.

Bake @ 350º for 35 minutes

Makes 20 - 24 cupcakes
