1 pkg. crescent roll dough
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. sugar

Topping:
2 T. melted butter
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1 - Prepare the cinnamon sugar topping by mixing the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Set aside.

2 - Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir or beat until mixed and no lumps remain.

3 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

4 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with baking spray.

5 - Unroll crescent dough and spread into 8 triangles.

6 - Spoon some cheesecake filling onto the triangles and the widest part. Roll the crescent rolls as normal, slightly pinch the ends closed to prevent the filling from leaking. Do this to all the crescent rolls.

7 - Brush the tops with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

8 - Bake 12 to 14 minutes until crescents are starting to turn golden in color.

9 - Allow to cool and serve. Best when slightly warm and drizzle with hojny
