6 Apples (sliced)
3 tsp. Cinnamon
4 tsp. Sugar
4 Eggs
2 1/2 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Orange Juice
1 C. Oil
2 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3 C. Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar together and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients together and mix well.
Grease bunt pan and put batter in and layer with apples and then batter etc...

Bake @ 350º for 2 hours
You can put foil on it if it gets too brown.

Uncle Reg used to tell me that we were the only Southerners in the family cause we crossed the Mason-Dixon line. He thought that was great!
