1 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 T. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Dash Salt
2 - 3 Cups Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but the Pecans, Vanilla and Salt.
Bring mixture to a full boil (for 1 minute)
Stir in Vanilla, Pecans and Salt. Stir
Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet or wax paper.

Cool completely and then break apart.
