1 Sticker butter
3 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Chili Sauce
4 T. Worcestershire Sauce
4 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Lemon (sliced with peel)
8 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
2 tsp. parsley
1 Small Anaheim Chile, chopped (optional)
1 T. Crushed Red Pepper flakes
2 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 T. Hot Sauce
2 Pounds Large Shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer butter, olive oil, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, lemon, garlic, parsley, Anaheim Chile (optional), red pepper flakes, oregano and hot sauce until well blended. Remove from heat and let cool.

Place sauce in large zip-lock bag, add shrimp. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º

Place sauce and shrimp in a large shallow baking pan, bake approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are opaque in center (cut to test). Remove from oven.

Place mixture in shallow bowl and serve with a crusty french bread for dipping in sauce.
