cooked & browned cubed sirloin roast
canola oil
chopped onions
minced garlic
mushrooms
pepper & salt & rosemary to taste
flour for thickening

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
16 oz plain yogurt
parsley, sage & dill weed to taste

wide pasta egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, in canola oil, grill onions, minced garlic, rosemary & sliced mushrooms to taste
Add cubes of cooked sirloin roast that has been peppered & salted to taste
Add flour if needed to thicken & cover to simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cream of mushroom soup & yogurt

Add parsley, sage & dill weed to taste
Garnish with parsley

Serve over wide pasta egg noodles
