30 - 1" thick cucumbers
10 Medium onions
4 Tblsp salt

5 C Apple cider vinegar
4 C sugar
2 Tsp Celery seed
2 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Tumeric
2 Tsp Mustard Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers and onions - set in salt for 1 hour and drain.

Combine next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add cucumbers and onions - simmer 10 minutes - put in pint jars - seal and boil for 10 minutes.
