1 pound beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Gravy
2 package gravy mix
2 cups hot water
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all patties ingredients in a large bowl and message with your hands until incorporated
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet
Cook patties on both sides until no longer pink
Lower temperature to low
Whisk together gravy mix and rest ingredients pour over patties in skillet
Allow to simmer until gravy thickens
