Ingredients:  
1 can French - Style Green Beans, drained
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1/2 Cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (8 oz) Sour Cream
1 Cup Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese Shredded/Grated
1 stick Butter
Ritz Crackers (1 to 1 1/2 sleeve)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream, cheese and vegetables.
Mix melted butter into mixture until well blended.
Place mixture into casserole dish.
Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
Crush the Ritz Crackers and sprinkle on top of the casserole.

Bake at 375º for 45 minutes to one hour or until casserole is bubbly
and well browned.

This casserole may be doubled for a holiday or bigger family gathering.
