1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Crisco
1 egg
4 Tbsp molasses
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, Crisco, egg, and molasses in mixing bowl. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Mix well. Chill dough two hours or overnight. Roll dough into small balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool before removing from pan.
