2 bunches of flat leaf parsley
8 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 lemon, squeezed for juice
1 Tbsp. red onion, diced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne

Directions:

Chop all of ingredients (this is better than processed)
Serve on ribeye tenderloin or with chorizo sandwiches.
