6-7 Chicken Thighs ( Boneless & Skinless)

2 Medium sized Onions chopped

3-4 green chillies slit

2 Spring Onions (Green Onions) finely chopped

4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced

1 Inch Fresh Ginger Finely Chopped

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp Coriander

3 Tbsp corn starch

3 Tbsp Soy sauce

1 Tbsp Ketchup

1 Cup Water

1/2 cup (canola Oil)

Wash the chicken pieces & cut them into bite size chunks, season with salt, pepper & coat with 2 Tbsp corn starch

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat & saute the onions until they turn a golden brown, add the ginger,garlic, cumin, coriander & mix well for about 1 minute

Now remove the onions from the pan & add the chicken pieces to the pan and saute until golden brown

Once the chicken has turned golden brown add the onions & mix well, add the spring (green) onions & chillies mix well

Meanwhile in a separate bowl mix together the water, remaining corn starch, soy sauce & ketchup mix with a wooden spoon

Mix the sauce in with the chicken and bring to a boil once the sauce thickens remove from heat

serve over white rice
