1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into ½" cubes
½ medium onion
1½ tsp garlic powder
1 TBLS vegetable oil

2 cans (15½ oz each) great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (14½ oz ) chicken broth
2 cans (4oz each) chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 C (8oz) light sour cream
½ C whipping cream (I use ⅛ C evaporated skim milk & ⅔ C 1%milk)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, sauce chicken, onion & garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add beans, broth, chili's & seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30
minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream & cream. Serve immediately.
Can serve with corn bread, tortilla chips, over rice or noodles.
Can also keep/cook in crockpot.
