1 16 oz. pack of Owens Hot Pork Sausage
2c. of Bisquick Mix.
1 package of Kraft Vermont White Cheddar Cheese (Green Foil)
1- 8 oz. of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Adjust all of the quantities to make the balls you like. Some like them cheesier, some meatier.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grate all cheeses, have cheese & sausage come to room temperature.
2. Break up sausage and mix together with cheeses..
3. Add 1/2 of the Bisquick mix
4. Add other half of Bisquick mix
5. Roll into balls just smaller than a ping pong ball.
6. Bake 15-18 min. @ 375 (If frozen bake for 20 min.)
