2½ Tbsp. butter
50 (about 1½ lb.) mushrooms, medium
1½ onions, finely chopped
½ cup boiled ham, minced
⅛ tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
½ cup chopped almonds
⅛ cup sour cream
⅛ tsp. salt
pepper, pinch

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and chop them fine. Melt 1½ Tbsp. butter in skillet and saute onions and chopped stems. Add rest of ingredients, except mushroom caps.

Brush mushroom caps all over with 1 Tbsp. melted butter. Place on a broiling pan, rounded side up, and broil for 1 minute. Remove and fill caps with stuffing.

Place on flat surface and freeze until firm. Pack in plastic bag or containers and return to freezer.

On serving day: Brush with melted butter and broil for 4 minutes under medium heat.
