2 pounds spinach
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach well, and drain in a colander. Heat oil slightly in a heavy skillet, and add garlic. Add spinach, and toss, as you would a salad, over medium heat until spinach is just wilted and heated through. Add salt to taste and a dash of lemon. Serve hot.

Makes 4-6 servings.
