Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Nana loved crab, and the way she cooked it had all of us drooling. I remember the first time she served it to Dad. He had never eaten fresh crab before and he didn't know how to get the meat out of the shell. He didn't realize how carefully you need to handle the shell when you crack it. He cut his hand pretty badly. All was well after he tasted the meat, though. He decided it was worth the band-aide.
