16 oz Fresh Oysters or if I have to get canned I use Daufuski (need (2) 8 oz cans)
3 cups Milk
3 cups Half and Half
6 tsp Butter
1 T Garlic Powder
2 T Hot Sauce
Dash of Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Oysters, Milk, Half and Half, Butter and Hot Sauce in pot on stove and bring to a simmer on medium heat. Stirring occasionally, once hot turn on low and serve.

Add salt and pepper to taste
